KULSUM JOTOI HOUSE
This house was inspired by colonial elements – tiled roof, portals, terrace and patio – all given a contemporary interpretation. It was critical that the house design cater to a privacy oriented life style while at the same time providing an intimate and elegant space to serve for informal meeting with friends and family.
The interiors are simple, usually painted white, and local white marble is used for flooring. The public spaces can be opened to the terrace, swimming pool and large courtyard at the back of the house.
