A single storey house on 1000 sqaure yards, Rowjee house was initially built 20 years ago for the owner’s grand-parents by Habib. It was later modified to meet the needs of the grand-son and his wife. By adding a pool, the front lawn was turned into a paved terrace with a wooden deck and the beautiful frangapani (champa) trees provide greenery. The master bedroom, lounge and the living room look out onto the private pool.
