LUMS LIBRARY

The LUMS Library, designed by HFA Architects, is much more than a book-lending place its an active learning and intellectual exchange hub. Its a space that feels more like a colorful, cozy living room than a traditional, silent study hall.  HFA Architects transformed the LUMS Library into a happening, energetic, and inviting ambiance.

The LUMS Library is an energetic and lively space painted with vibrant shades of blue, red, and purple. Forget those cramped, itchy, and serious study cubicles. The LUMS Library brings in varied seating arrangements whereby one can find their favorite seat on soft couches, chairs, sitting spaces for individual study, nooks, and areas for brainstorming. Tall shelves for books are placed in The LUMS Library as a library would be incomplete without its vast collection of books. All this happens on soundproof material over the whole space, so one need not worry about concentration. It is also thoughtfully designed to keep the noise down by the HFA Architects. Soft materials, with carpets and glasses for cubicles, provide comfort and an inviting atmosphere for students to come together.

This interior design by HFA Architects has truly made the space stimulating and inspiring for its users to create, collaborate, and succeed academically. It is a place where students can feel comfortable, inspired, and ready to take on the world. For more details, please refer to the project specifics provided below or contact us.
