The project is on a sloping site and is primarily divided into two buildings with the training and finance spaces and a hostel block which accommodates 100 single rooms with attached bathrooms. The hostel block is connected by a bridge due to the site level change. A double height entry and foyer has a grand staircase sandwiched between a multipurpose hall and library. Flanking the main entrance are classrooms and discussion spaces on two floors.

The strong sense of a grid and organisation is prevalent in the plan as required by the extensive and security sensitive programmatic requirements. The numerous office spaces are divided efficiently as a series of solid spaces punctuated with voids. The entrance is simple, with a vast driveway connected to the access approach, with further pathways leading in and out of the building.
