Sui Southern Gas Company’s (SSGC) headquarters illustrate the company’s competence and reliability in the energy sector. Its main architectural form includes two massive triangular columns that serve as an exhaust funnels for the mechanical spaces in the basement. The elegant structure and fair-faced concrete are hallmarks of HFA’s signature style, giving off the tower a refined appearance.
Visual harmony is achieved through repeating windows of similar sizes and recessed facade. Airshafts as frames and biaxial symmetry on all sides give a distinct depth and dimension that allow the SSGC Building to leave a lasting impression on visitors. This design not only improves the building’s aesthetics, but it also demonstrates SSGC’s dedication to quality and competence.
We used well-insulated materials for the building’s interior to reduce heat, and reduce outside noises. It also features a single entrance at the main axis and a symmetrical layout. The building’s smooth, untreated concrete exterior and central vertical circulation creates a powerful impression by being balanced both horizontally and vertically.
Additionally, the company’s attention to detail and community concern is evident in the small mosque facing the Kaaba and the four floors of parking that are dedicated to serving both employees and visitors.
Overall, the SSGC headquarters is a tribute to architectural beauty, reflecting harmony, form, and aesthetics in every aspect of its design. For more details, please refer to the project specifics provided below:
