The concrete fair face façade signature of Habib Fida Ali which started with the shell house. was the appropriate choice for Karachi’s dusty and windy environment. requiring minimal maintenance while withstanding harsh weather conditions. The building is capped by hidden mechanical spaces and sits well on its site, reflecting HFA’s specialty in design and scale.

The office features a U-shaped exposed staircase which was also a signature feature that can be observed at shell house and a fair-face concrete façade, that is mostly exposed to the sun, providing the office with more natural light all day long.
