Situated between the clear waters of the Arabian Gulf on one side and Dubai Marina on the other, Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) stands as a crown jewel within Dubai’s prestigious Jumeirah district, a short distance from the bustling Sheikh Zayed Road.

It is a stunning achievement of teamwork that was the brainchild of an architect from South Africa and seven companies in Dubai. Team HFA played a key role, transforming the concept into a reality of seven 40-story towers. Because of the experience of our team, the structure and design not only satisfied the client but also complied with Dubai Municipality (DM) rules.

Team HFA made significant contributions to this architectural depth. We were responsible for the development phase of the tower for that one of Our task was to maximize the use of the podium level for residents’ recreational spaces by redesigning it to make it more aesthetically beautiful and useful. The apartment plans were reassessed and enhanced by our team to ensure maximum use of space and comfortable living space.

JBR’s luxurious façade is a reflection of our team’s attention to detail. Significant structural changes were made within the projects, including structure and the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) system to make it more efficient and effective
