IBRAHIM FIBER LIMITED

Ibrahim Fiber Limited’s office building is a model of modern architecture. The idea was to design a strong and sophisticated structure while placing sustainability first. This is where the fair-faced concrete façade displaying Habib Fida Ali’s signature comes vital. Eliminating the need for additional cladding or finishes, it minimizes the building’s ecological footprint, perfectly aligning with the company’s values.

HFA designed this 3-story structure to make a lasting impression, with clean lines and minimalist aesthetics. The design is a play on a modest cube structure with a bold entrance. A strong first impression is created by a subtracted corner featuring a triangular column leads to a half-hexagonal glass entry lobby.

The simple elegance of the fair-faced concrete facade extends indoors, where punched-in window apertures and grid grooves provide a unified visual scheme. Beyond aesthetics, the interior spaces are meticulously designed to optimize comfort, productivity, and style for the employees of Ibrahim Fiber Limited.

For added convenience, the building has a dedicated basement parking. In addition, there is a separate prayer area, a dining facility with a fully equipped kitchen, and even a designated space for a bank branch. This incorporation of the basement, service building, and its amenities is a more complete picture of the office building of Ibrahim Fiber Limited, and shows its efficiency alongside its architectural merit.
