FAYSAL HOUSE

Faysal House, Head Office of Faysal Bank is a sophisticated addition to Karachi’s architecture, offers a purposeful and functional space and is the first building in Shahrah-e-Faisal’s corporate sector.

The architectural design beautifully translates the concept of collaboration into a physical space. With their balanced rectangles, bold geometric lines and repetitive patterns a powerful visual impact is created. The two distinctive office buildings stand as a testament to focus and order brought together in a stunning symphony by the central lobby. This is more than simply a practical place with elevators and stairs; it is a work of modern architecture. The design aimed for a light-filled atrium so that a majority of the office areas enjoy natural light from the expansive glass façade.

The façade is a striking blend of alucobond sheet, fair-faced plaster, and glass windows with the distinctive Faysal Bank logo prominently displayed on the curtain wall.  Such materials are chosen specifically for Karachi’s humid climate. Because the structure is made of long-lasting sturdy materials it will survive the test of time, reflecting Faysal Bank’s reliability and HFA’s work that is timeless.

Team HFA brought design thoughts to life using digital modeling. As a result, this building had a balance between practicality and creative boldness, emphasizing function while making a strong architectural statement. For more details, please refer to the project specifics provided below:
